Hot runner controller cables are a crucial component in hot runner systems. What is the working principle of hot runner controller cables?


The mold power cable connects the heater to the temperature control module. When the thyristor in the control module is turned on, the load current passes through, and the heater starts to work, heating the mold. The thermocouple wire connects the thermocouple terminal to the temperature control module, converting the temperature signal into an electrical signal based on the thermoelectric effect, allowing the temperature control module processing unit to measure the mold temperature in real-time.
