The working principle of the temp controller module is roughly as follows:
Temperature signal acquisition
The temperature sensor collects real-time temperature signals from the environment or controlled target.
Signal processing and amplification
The temperature signal is processed and amplified by the signal processing circuit to enhance the signal's sensitivity and measurable range.
Temperature signal interpretation and calculation
The control circuit receives the temperature signal collected by the temperature sensor and compares it with the preset target temperature parameters for calculation.
Control output
Based on the difference between the current temperature and the target temperature, the control circuit calculates the control quantity and sends it to the actuator.
Temperature adjustment
The actuator controls the temperature of the controlled target based on the control quantity, such as starting a heater to increase the temperature or starting a fan to lower the temperature.
Feedback control
The temp controller module continuously compares the actual temperature with the target temperature and constantly adjusts the control quantity to maintain the temperature within the target range for stable operation.
